The Office of the Tax Ombud (OTO) is experiencing unforeseen challenges with its online submission of the tax complaints system. The system is not forwarding all the complaints received to the relevant mailbox; thus, the Office is unable to process those complaints. The OTO is encouraging taxpayers and taxpayer representatives, to utilise our email service to lodge complaints at [email protected]. We also request that taxpayers who lodged complaints using our online form and have not received acknowledgement from our Office within two business days thereafter contact us using the email channel.

We apologise for the inconvenience and request your patience while prioritising resolving the problem. We will inform stakeholders once the online complaint system is fully back online.
